This is a superb example of plumbogummite pseudomorphs of pyromorphite. This piece came from a new find in China which first showed up in Tucson in 2015.  The color is a bright turquoise blue, which contrasts really well with the dark matrix.  Almost all the crystals are slender points up to 10mm, which other than the shape give no hint of the original pyromorphite.  One crystal on the edge is broken off, showing the characteristic green of the pyromorphite.  This is an excellent example of this scarce new material, with no damage other than the one place already mentioned.
