This specimen features over half a dozen okenite puffballs with some antique white gyrolite, all set on a slab of basalt.  The largest ball is over 1" in diameter.  The okenite crystals are as thin as thread, and have grown in radiating formations to form roundish balls.  The okenie grew on basalt in a vug that was a gas bubble in the lava when it flowed out of the earth millions of years ago. This attractive specimene is in good shape.
