Here is a very fine specimen of what some are calling "disco ball" green apophyllite from India. The apophyllite has formed as mounds of crystals which sit up nicely on a contrasting white stilbite matrix. The color transitions from mint green to pale green to clear as you move up toward the pristine crystal terminations. The crystals have a bright, glossy luster, and are exceptionally sharp, with square cross sections and flat basal pinacoid terminations.
